We’re giving you a fun one today – try a new fitness class. If you can adapt to whatever you may encounter on the obstacle course, you can excel at obstacle races. A foundation of being able to do this is by exposing your body to a variety of stimuli. So get out of your normal fitness routine by trying something different. Look up the group fitness offerings at your local gyms. Many of them offer the first time free to newcomers. You might find something you want to stick with, or at the very least you’ll expose your body to a new challenge and meet some new people.
