Today we step up the intensity. Get out in that summer sun to find your local track and smash out:

  • 800m run
  • 400m run backwards
  • 800m run
  • 400m run backwards

The aim is to complete this as fast as you can without breaks inbetween. Bring a stopwatch. Don’t worry, that feeling of your heart beating out of your chest is a normal symptom of this workout. But push through the discomfort of getting stronger, because tomorrow’s advent is a recovery challenge.
