To be an obstacle racer you won’t just run and burn away muscle, you need strength to overcome obstacles too. Monkey bars, traverses, walls – these are too often a challenge for people on the course. Build your grip strength to be able to remain confident while hanging on.

- Repeat pullups and hanging as many times as possible, without letting go of bar, till failure
