A quick intense sprinting session is your advent challenge for today! x8 100m sprints. Go full throttle for 100m as if you were running for your life from a saber-tooth tiger, take enough time to rest inbetween sprints to let your heart rate settle, but don’t rest too long. Coming up tomorrow is another recovery challenge, so you should go full out today during sprinting.
