Today we bring you a workout previously featured in our Workout of the Month series. This workout takes you through varied styles of running crammed back-to-back, exactly the type of demands you’d encounter in an obstacle race. It’s split in to 5 minute sections, for 30 minutes total, to keep things exciting while still working your endurance. In 30 minutes complete:

  • 5 min run
  • 5 min run with weight
  • 5 min run
  • 5 min hill run
  • 5 min run with weight
  • 5 min run
