O Rock

O ROCK is a 12km and 5km obstacle course in Auckland that combines off-road terrain and obstacles to allow those with a sense of adventure to define themselves.
Run, jump, climb, crawl—you will experience it all. With obstacle names like CAR HOP and SPIDER WEB, you can expect to laugh until your stomach hurts. Expect safety throughout the competition and for the event to go on rain or shine. Expect some crazy team uniforms and to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.
