Hundreds Get Dirty at Annual Muddy Good Run

A fun run event at the Rakaia Domain where people tackle a course full of obstacles like mud pits to clamber through, slippery slides, hay bales to climb over, and mud-covered bouncy castles, this year’s event attracted around 680 participants, organiser John Moore said.

It catered for kids seven and up, as well as adults, with the adults race made even more interesting thanks to a big pile of Christchurch Casino chips tossed into the mud pits for people to find as they raced. Problem was, they didn’t know which mud pit they were in.
