Recovery challenge: go for a bush walk. Being in nature has been found to lower levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. Take time out today to look after yourself, by getting active in the great outdoors. Becoming familiar with being on trails, in nature, surrounded by dirt and slippery surfaces and uneven terrain is something that will help prepare you for the demands of running through such landscapes in obstacle races.
